Caroline’s White Wine & Cap Classique Review wows Cape Town palates

Caroline’s White Wine & Cap Classique Review 2022, one of the most coveted tasting events on the South African wine calendar presented by Cape Town’s legendary Caroline Rillema, takes place in the V&A Waterfront on Thursday, 13 October 2022.

This world-class showcase of the Cape’s 70 finest white wines and 15 Cap Classiques, crafted by top tier winemakers exclusively invited to present their best of the best, is the sequel to Caroline’s Red Wine Review held annually for almost three decades. Only 85 accolade-achieving winemakers, the crème de la crème of South African wine producers, are invited to participate. Each winemaker has the opportunity to present just one wine on the night.

“We are delighted to bring the Cape’s finest producers of white wines and Cap Classique together under one roof once again, giving lovers of fine wines the incredible opportunity to meet and engage with the passionate people behind these phenomenal labels,”

says Caroline whose eponymous stores, Caroline’s Fine Wine Cellar, in Sea Point and Tokai are known internationally as the place to go for the very best and exciting in wine.

Join Caroline and the Cape’s leading masters of white wines and Cap Classique for an unmissable evening of walk-around wine tasting with fellow wine lovers, collectors, sommeliers and prestigious producers.
